ETA knows that it’s imperative to impart training on its employee regularly to improve their skill level to gain more productivity. The company has a training calendar for their management grade staff and workmen. And every year this calendar is updated to give the staff an outlook of various technology and systems followed in modern manufacturing process.
Apart from the training program, ETA conducts various sports activities between staff members to develop a team approach between them in the work environment. This also improves the relation ship between the employees.
Through various workshops, the staff member is initiated to show their effectiveness of the training undergone and accordingly their career growth is planned.
