As per it’s manpower resource planning and capacity building initiatives, ETA Engineering Pvt. Ltd will regularly identify and advertise vacancies created due to business plan requirements, replacement for employees who have resigned/been terminated, additions to staff, etc.
The positions so identified may be advertised in Portals, magazines, consultants and newspapers.
- Requisition Procedure
In order to ensure optimum level of staffing, control is maintained through the application of a standard “Manpower Requisition Form” justifying the new recruitment. The request for new recruitment is sanctioned only after assessing the possibilities of internal transfers, promotion, work redistribution, etc. The completed Manpower Requisition Form should be forwarded to HR Centre for information.
- Recruitment Procedure
All managerial/non-managerial grade recruitments are handled directly by Central HR / line managers - along with Branch HR representatives.
The selected candidate will be issued a Letter of Offer followed by a formal Letter of Appointment immediately on assuming office.
The Letter of Offer will be co-signed by General Manager//Line Manager and a representative from the HR and Letter of Appointment will be signed by CEO.
